Package

APEX will meet you at Copenhagen airport and transfer you and your bike to Aalborg.

The transfer will be around 4h to get to our destination. Once arrived, our mechanics will assemble your bike to be ready for the World Championship.

Your tour leader will give a briefing about the course of World Championship during when we'll dig into the details and important parts of the course, to avoid any bad surprise on the weekend.

After a first night in Denmark, we will go out to and ride the full length of the length of the Medio Fondo, which would allows us to have a first look at the first 40 km and the last 60km of the Gran Fondo.

For those who are competing in the Time Trial, part of our team will go with you for the race recon.

Both groups would benefit of a support vehicle, ride leader, food & energy foods. You'll feel totally immerse in the pro cyclist life style !

We will complete our day by attending the registration and make sure everything is sorted.

Once back at the hotel, our soigneurs will start taking care of you and your body.

This Friday is a bit more flexible as the time trial is behind us, Gran Fondo race course has been checked and should be printed in your mind.

Depending of everyone feels, we can split into 2 groups, one going for a small 3h ride and the others for a 2h.

As every day, your bike will be cleaned, lubed and taken care off after each rides. We'll make sure to eliminate every possible technical issue ahead of the big day.

Nothing better than a great coffee ride before the big day !

Last preps before the World Championship, we'll host a last race briefing going through all details about the race course, feed-zone, wind direction, race strategy, nutrition ... We'll bring all our experience to the table and answer all your last minute questions.

Last time we've taking part of the World Championship, we came back home with a 8th place and a rainbow jersey !

This is it, this is the day you will represent your country and give 110% of yourself for the flag !

Our team will go to the start/finish line with you to take the extra vest, give the last bottle or gel for the start before heading to the dedicated feed-zone.

We'll be there to support you, mechanic will be ready at strategic places and bottles will be handed out for you to fuel yourself during the race.

We will celebrate this week with a great restaurant, all together. Maybe we're not all racing under the same flag, but we all have a same passion.
